We have no connection with any company discussed on this website.

How do you choose your subjects?  We chose our first after some friends were frustrated in their efforts to resolve some issues regarding online purchases. We're not sure how we will select future topics.

Who supports this site?  Just its authors. If the site grows and attracts other support, we will explore any offers.

Are you interested in link exchanges or advertising?  Definitely and possibly. In both cases the relationship must not cause a conflict of interest which could call our objectivity into question.

Why are you so protective of your identities?  We'd like to keep this enterprise separate from our daily personal and professional lives. If you have a good reason to contact one of us personally, we'll acommodate you.
