Legal Note
In November, 2006, The State of New Jersey filed suit against the corporate parent
of this group of dealers for "allegedly violating the state’s Consumer Fraud
Act and Advertising Regulations..."
As noted in this press release, the suit "alleges that Save Here Distribution used bait and
switch tactics, failed to deliver merchandise and misled consumers in the advertising
and pricing of items."

The Executive Suite
The name publicly associated with this family's management for the past
several years -- by the BBB, in domain registration data, and by his own
contributions to online forums -- has been Abraham Chomali. But two New
Jersey
corporate registrations reveal the identity of another, possibly principal
owner: Jack Saideh.
In 2003, after moving their business from Brooklyn, the two owners formed Save
Here Distribution, Inc., and in 2005
Saideh registered Edison Photo, Inc. Separately or together the two corporations
operate under all the names on this page and
at least three others.

Another group of dealers, the Mr. Accessory
family, is also associated with the name Saideh. Is Jack related to Joe or
Joey or Zaki? Similar sales practices, as described by many customers at ResellerRatings
[see below], suggest at least a shared
philosophy of internet retailing.
Note: the original SSL (online encryption security) certificate of Enterprise Photo, a Mr. Accessory family member,
was issued in the
name of Expresscameras.com. After we published this fact, that
website acquired a certificate in its own name.
